| Entry Procedures | During the Promotional Period, customers who purchase and take delivery of a new or demonstrator Mazda vehicle from Wollongong Mazda will receive one entry into the draw to win a year of fuel valued at $7,500. Vehicles must be delivered to the customer, with ownership taken and the vehicle collected, by 31/12/2026 to qualify. This promotion applies in addition to any other offer. One winner will be drawn on Friday 15/01/2027. Bonus Entries: One entry for financing through the dealership with an approved finance partner of Wollongong Mazda. One entry for purchasing Car Care products with a minimum spend of $500. One entry for purchasing Accessories with a minimum spend of $500. One entry for trading in a vehicle. Maximum of five (5) entries per vehicle. |
| Draw Details | The draw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on Friday 15/01/2027 at Wollongong Mazda, Corner of Flinders Street and Gipps Street, Wollongong NSW 2500, by hand from a barrel. Each eligible entry will be recorded on a copy of the Customer and Vehicle Details section of the entrant's vehicle contract, with one copy made per entry. Copies are placed in the barrel by the entrant at delivery (or by the Promoter on the entrant's behalf if they are unable to). All copies will be the same size and folded the same way. The barrel will be kept secure between entries. The barrel will be tumbled before the draw, and the winning copy will be drawn at random by an independent witness, read out, and checked against the Promoter's entry records. All copies will be securely destroyed after the prize has been claimed. |
| Notification of Winners | The winner will be notified by phone at the time of the draw (calls may be recorded for marketing purposes) and confirmed via email by Monday 18/01/2027. The winner's first name and suburb will be published on the Wollongong Mazda website and Facebook page by Friday 22/01/2027. Entry procedures. To enter the Promotion, entrants must:
During the Promotional Period, purchase a new or demonstrator Mazda vehicle from Wollongong Mazda and take delivery of the vehicle (ownership taken and vehicle collected) by 31 December 2026 to receive an entry.
Additional entries will be given to customers who purchase a new or demonstrator Mazda vehicle (and take delivery within the Promotional Period) and choose any of these options, one entry each:
- Trade in a vehicle
- Purchase Car Care products, minimum $500 spend
- Purchase Accessories, minimum $500 spend
- Finance their vehicle with the dealership through an approved finance partner of Wollongong Mazda
Car Care products include paint, interior and glass protection. Accessories include genuine Mazda and aftermarket accessories such as window tint, mats, canopies and towbars. Car Care and Accessory purchases must be on the vehicle contract and fitted or applied before delivery. If a trade-in, finance, Car Care or Accessory purchase is cancelled or reversed, that bonus entry is void.

Promotion terms and conditions
Instructions and information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise. Any discrepancy between these Conditions of Entry, the Schedule and the advertising of the Promotion will be resolved by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Decisions of the Promoter relating to the Promotion or redemption of the Prize are final, subject to the Questions and Disputes process in the Schedule.
The Promoter may (subject to state regulations) vary the terms of, or terminate, this Promotion at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any entrant or other person. The Promoter will not award any Prize if the Promotion is terminated for whatever reason. If the Promotion is not capable of being conducted due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, including technical or communications problems, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion subject to approval from any relevant authority.
Promotional Period: The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotional Period.
Entry Restrictions: Eligibility to enter the Promotion is subject to the Entry Restrictions and Eligibility in the Schedule.
Ineligibility: Should an entrant be deemed by the Promoter to be ineligible, the entrant may not participate further in the Promotion. Unless otherwise stated in the Schedule, the following persons are automatically ineligible to enter: (a) directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter and those of any agencies or suppliers directly associated with this Promotion; and (b) the immediate family members of those persons. "Immediate family member" means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household.
Entry Procedure: To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure and comply with all other applicable requirements during the Promotional Period. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for late, lost, misdirected, ineligible or illegible entries (including lost, stolen, forged, defaced or damaged proof of entry or verification requirements).
Maximum Entries: Entrants may enter as many times as they purchase and take delivery of eligible vehicles, up to a maximum of five (5) entries per vehicle.
Cancelled Sales: If a vehicle sale is cancelled, the vehicle is returned, or the contract is not completed, all entries relating to that vehicle are void.
Games of Chance: The Promotion involves an element of chance and will be conducted in accordance with the Draw Details.
Entry Publicity: By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their entry and communications with the Promoter being communicated to the public via any medium. Entrants will not be compensated for this use. It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise the prize winner.
Contact: If the winner is not successfully contacted by telephone by the Promoter (including where a third party answers on the winner's behalf), the Promoter will also attempt contact by email. If the prize is not claimed in time, the winner may be disqualified and the prize redrawn under the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements.
Technical Problems: The Promoter is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network, computer system, software, communication network or website, or any error, omission, interruption or other circumstance affecting the conduct of the Promotion or the draw.
Invalid Entries: The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, declare any or all entries of an entrant invalid, or prohibit further participation in the Promotion, if in the Promoter's opinion the entrant: (a) disrupts, abuses, threatens, harasses, or is aggressive or offensive towards the Promoter, its staff or anyone else associated with the Promotion; (b) engages in conduct in relation to the Promotion which is misleading, deceptive, unlawful, fraudulent or damaging to the Promoter's goodwill or reputation; or (c) does not comply with any reasonable direction notified to them in connection with the Promotion.
Unclaimed Prize: Where an entry is deemed invalid or the prize is not claimed, the Promoter will determine a new winner in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements. Any prize unclaimed after the redraw will be forfeited, subject to state regulations.
Prize Delivery: The prize will be provided as prepaid fuel cards (or an equivalent amount allocated to electric vehicle charging, where the winning vehicle is fully electric) to a total value of $7,500, issued in 12 monthly instalments of $625. The first instalment will be issued once the winner has claimed the prize, confirmed their details and provided Evidence. Use of the fuel cards is subject to the card provider's terms. The Promoter is not responsible for lost or stolen cards once handed to the winner.
Claiming Prizes: The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and proof of entry validity (Evidence) to claim the prize. The suitability of Evidence is at the Promoter's discretion. If the winner cannot provide suitable Evidence, the prize will be forfeited and no substitute offered. If the winner does not redeem any element of the prize, that element will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or any part of it.
Consumer Law: Nothing in these Conditions of Entry excludes, restricts or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
